Carolyn and Frank were amazing and so helpful in the home buying process. We were first time home buyers and they made us feel at ease when it can feel very overwhelming and intimidating . They were very accommodating to our requests and needs and answered any questions we had very promptly. They also helped us catch a leak in the house during our final walk through, right before closing, and made sure it was fixed before we finalized closing. They never pressured us and always were looking in our best interests through the whole process. They are great at coordinating and communicating with all parties that are involved in the home buying process.
Even after closing on the house they are still present and are happy to recommend painters/roofers/contractors/electricians as we have settled into our home. They are both great and sincere people , and exactly the type of people you want to be working with during the home buying process. We would absolutely recommend them and plan to work with them again if/when we ever want to move down the road .

Carolyn,Let me start by saying I wish I had two houses for you to sell, you made it easy. I know this house didn't mean that much to you but to us it meant the world. We've made this our home for 20 years, we raised our kids in this home. Now that they've all moved on it's time for us to move on too. You took this incredibly difficult and emotional time and made it seem smooth and painless. We would like to personally thank you for a job well done. Your excellent service, frequent communication, personalism and dependability, made the sale of our home so much easier for us. Every phone call or text to calm our concerns was returned quickly. We planned to interview 3 agents, but cut our search short after speaking with Carolyn. We chose to interview her because she sold another house in our small subdivision. She had a solid marketing strategy including have the house professionally photographed. VERY Responsive, often within minutes, she handled all our questions and concerns thru the whole process. She was the calm reassuring voice when I wanted to panic - planning an out of state move! carolyn Chesta is first class, professional realtor to sell or buy! AMAZING experience. Without a doubt I would vigorously recommend Carolyn! I am a first time buyer and did not have an agent. I found a listing I wanted to see and sent a submission to see the unit and Carolyn contacted me that day to set up a showing. I had a great vibe the moment I met her. She took time and explained many things along with showing me the properties. Never pushy or in a rush. My husband and I were first time homebuyers, and we couldn't have imagined all of what was involved with the process! Carolyn is very flexible with times for showings. My husband and I come home late in the evenings, and she would always find the time to accommodate our schedules. She also has 20/20 vision when viewing homes. She looked at things we wouldn't have known to look for or ask about. She pays attention to detail and always has a positive attitude. Most importantly, Carolyn never made us feel alone. The whole "first time homebuyer" process was gut wrenching until the end, but she always made sure to be involved. She was present during the inspection, and she kept herself in the loop during the lending/attorney process. She made herself available at anytime of the day to answer any and all questions my husband or I had regarding all aspects of the process. Where do I start? You want an agent that: > Listens to you and can focus on your individual wants and needs, then formulates a plan to hit on them. Ding! > Knows in detail all the various areas in the region. Ding! > Is always on top of keeping you informed at an unreal level. Ding! > Negotiates the offers and purchase contract for your best interest in a firm and professional manner. Ding! > Is super eagle-eyed on the inspection process. Like a champ! Maybe most of all, you want an agent that doesn't give you the feeling that they are running off in the sunset once they get their check in hand. I've had some real "interesting" experiences in past home buying and selling – Carolyn is the real deal.

I would often have to see a place without my husband, and he would later have to look, thus making Carolyn visit some places twice.
